Sterling Health & Fitness was founded in 2020, in the heart of the pandemic. During a time when many public gyms were closed, it was an opportunity to offer convenient and safe fitness services right to your front door.
Tyler is the passionate owner of Sterling Health & Fitness, a personal training business that specializes in offering in-home, virtual, and outdoor personal training at an affordable cost. With over five years of experience running their own business and a career in the fitness industry since 2017, he is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals in a way that fits their lifestyle.
He holds a degree in Exercise Science from Salisbury University, along with a background in strength and conditioning. He brings a comprehensive understanding of both the science behind fitness and the importance of creating a strong foundation for long-term health. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), He offers expert guidance tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. He’s committed not just to achieving short-term results but to helping clients build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle that lasts a lifetime.
Focused on making fitness accessible, he has successfully trained clients with a wide range of goals, from weight loss and strength training to sport-specific conditioning and injury recovery. Fitness isn’t just a job for him, it’s a passion, and I am always excited to help more people improve their lives through health and fitness.
In his free time, he loves to travel over the world and has an advocation as a NCAA Basketball Referee.
